Indications
Nefrosave Tablet is used for:
Treatment of diabetic kidney disease
Adult Dose
Oral
1-2 capsule daily.
Child Dose
Renal Dose
Administration
May be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Contra Indications
Contraindicated in those patients who are sensitive to it.
Precautions
Renal failure.
Pregnancy-Lactation

Adverse Effects
Side effects of Acetylcysteine + Taurine :
Nausea, vomiting. Liver function disturbances.
Mechanism of Action
It is a combination of two antioxidants that protects the kidneys from damage and reduces the risk of kidney failure. It should be used along with other blood sugar lowering medications in order to prevent further kidney injury. These antioxidants work by protecting the kidneys from damage by harmful chemical (free radicals).
