Hydroquinone + Tretinoin + Allantoin topical is used for: Used in the treatment of melasma.

Mechanism of Action

Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Allantoin which treat melasma (dark spots on skin). Hydroquinone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly. Allantoin is a skin protectant which works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations.
